Why R-Element?

Non-insulated tips: the whole tips has energy, so both the dermis and superficial skin are damaged. Need more time to recover. Insulated tips: only the top tip 0.2mm has energy, the upper no energy.

For example: when you choose 1.0mm depth, below skin 0.8mm, there is energy out.
